LivLyme Pediatric Research Study Respondent,

We certainly appreciate you and the generous amount of time you spent completing the survey. We know that the results will go a long way in helping researchers to learn more while continuing to find better tests, better treatments, and a cure for Lyme and tick-borne diseases.

In order to more fully assist our researchers with their data analysis, we have an optional request. Would you be able to send a copy of your child’s test results? If so, please send to Research@LivLymeFoundation.org. In order to comply with HIPAA rules, please redact any personal identifying information on the test results (i.e. name, address, phone number, email, etc.), but please write in the age of your child at the top of the test(s) or be sure that your child’s birthdate is shown.
