Dear LivLyme Kid Grant Applicant,

Thank you so much for your grant application for financial assistance to help your child with Lyme disease. The LivLyme Foundation awards grants to children to help cover the rising costs associated with Lyme disease.

We have received your application and have included a copy for your records. The grant review process will begin in November. We will announce grant awards in early 2027 with payment requisitions and distributions beginning shortly thereafter.

Grant money may be used for treatment by doctors/clinics (MD/DO/LLMD/LLND), medications, and supplements in the U.S. only. Financial assistance may only be used for upcoming medical payments and may not be used for past medical debt or past medical appointments or services. LivLyme cannot award grant funds for assistive or adaptive equipment, such as in-home HBOT, Rife machines, saunas, biomats, wheelchairs, or service animals. Funds may not be used for medical marijuana.

For research purposes, there are times when the raw data from applications are used for research purposes. Names or other personal identifying information are never disclosed.
