Upon receipt of your Intent to Transfer Stock form, the LivLyme Foundation will email instructions for transferring the stock. After the successful completion of the stock transfer, the LivLyme Foundation will email a confirmation letter to you and/or your financial advisor.

Always shake your Christmas tree outside before you bring it inside. You never know what critters are still attached to your tree. Make sure to get a Christmas tree that is not from a “Tick infested” area.
